This week on Hello, Print Friend Miranda speaks with Anna Trojanowska, a winner of the 2022 5×5 Exhibition. The 5×5 is the juried exhibition which takes place during Print Austin, a spectacular month-long festival which includes 60 print-focused events serving thousands of audience members annually, with returning and new participants each year. The exhibition features five artists and will hang at Ivester Contemporary for an in-person show from Dec. 11, 2021 – Jan. 22, 2022. In this episode Anna talks about her lithography and getting lost in the process, litho on marble, running her own studio and the ways in which she using the limits of 2 dimensional compositions to break the laws of physics.
