This week on Hello Print Friend Miranda speaks with Tonja Torgerson, Visiting Assistant Professor in the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture + Design at Indiana University. This one gets a little deep print friends. Tonja’s work looks at the failure of the human body which means we talk about death, illness, and the inevitability of it all –and had a great time doing it! Tonja tells us how an unexpected health crisis when she was 19 put her on a path to examine our relationship with death and she continues to do so through her large scale beautiful ephemeral screen prints.
