Kill Joy's MAI KAMOTES was created during her residency at Hello, Print Friend Studios in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The work reflects the artist's ongoing interest in food security and community resilience, making it a fitting image for this fundraiser supporting relief efforts in Venezuela following the two devastating earthquakes that struck the country on June 24.
Each print is a two-layer lithograph finished with hand-applied gold leaf. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to Cáritas Venezuela, a trusted humanitarian organization working directly in affected communities to provide emergency relief, including food assistance and other essential services.
